Hello and welcome my name is Nikki, I have been working for many years accompanying people through difficult and painful processes and life transitions. I am a person centered creative arts psychotherapist and adapt to my client's needs and requirements.I am also the author of the book "The Spinning Stones" a practice of stone divination that invites the reader become the spinner and weaver of their own destiny. I have over the years worked with people suffering from mental health issues, young male offenders in prison, survivors of domestic violence, adolescents struggling emotionally with identity issues, trauma, grief and loss, depression, isolation Issues and also addictions. I never presume to know or tell you what you should or shouldn't do, you are the expert of your life and possess the answers and tools that can help you release, heal, transform and reveal the lost treasure buried within. I will listen and accompany you at your rhythm, serving as a mirror that reflects your story and power back to you. So that you can step out of the shadow and into the whole of yourself." I facilitate a safe space within which we initiate a journey together that will guide you towards discovering the answers and solutions that you need to HEAL, RELEASE, FREE and not only RECLAIM your inner and outer space in the world but EMBODY it. DISCOVER your strengths and virtues and RESTORE BALANCE in yourself, your life and relationships. TRANSFORM the scars of your past into the medicine and POWER of your present. CREATE a new landscape which will help SUSTAIN you in your life now. As we enter into this space of exploration together we will use both the verbal and non verbal languages (writing, art, image, sculpture, movement, sound, nature etc) through which to communicate and express your stories, memories, emotions and sensations. These languages facilitate a way in which to communicate and create that which is often too difficult and painful to express with words. Within this process you will be able to see how patterns of behavior and reactions form and repeat themselves and you will find ways in which to not only understand them but also TAKE CONTROL and CHANGE them.
